Btw, it seems Welder actually does much less than 90 DPS. Seems more like 60-70 DPS

Yeah, a Welder kills a factory about a second or so faster than a Lotus that has 72 DPS. Maybe it has like 75 DPS

Welder has 72 DPS and this seems to be because its reload time switches between 6 and 9 seconds. I think this is caused by stupid dumb bos.

LLT has 71.5 DPS.

i've looked at welder's bos file and

- AimPrimary is missing the signal/signal mask

- AimPrimary may induce 1 frame delays before firing when aiming because of the mandatory wait-for-turn

Try removing the wait-for-turns and measuring the dps, if it becomes 90, you could put back the wait-for-turn but with an "if" to skip running it if the weapon is already properly aligned (within some tolerance), like this
