Is the rating page displaying correct information? I currently have:
which does not seem to make sense (both ladder and current rating are higher than next bracket).
If next/previous bracket are for some reason incorrect maybe just hide them.

In order to change rank in either direction, a player's rating has to surpass a 20% threshold into the next rank.

My assumption was that the "20% threshold into the next rank" == "next rank bracket".
I mean, is there a reason not to show the value of interest (20% into the next/previous rank) rather than the base?
Also, 20% of percentage of WHR? So for upper bound 2169*1.2 and for lower 1970*0.8?
