Was this the one where he played spider or tank? Hopefully spider, that one was marginally less embarassing :/

EDIT: Good, it was the spider game.

This is the game where I played like crap but won anyway because crabe op (and because you threw it huehue)

Also Shadowfury, why do you read into the unit stats so much? I literally couldn't name a single stat for any unit in the game because it memorizing that crap just seems pointless. I'll also add that there's no such thing as "over-expanding" like you said Aquanim did, mexes don't really require any investment. Since you talked about the hammers a lot, I should point out that just making about 2 hammers is a pretty common tactic, it's not a big investment but it's great for slowly tearing away at enemy defender/llt porc

Because I'm keen on ensuring players know what should happen in theory. A lot of seemingly random stuff can happen in any ZK battle due to the physics, so laying out the idealized situation before the actual battle seems like a way to keep things grounded. Remember, I'm trying to make this appeal to newer players as well.

Did I say that? Wow, I must have been having StarCraft flashbacks while casting this, seeing as I generally harp on players for not grabbing mexes even if they'd only last for a minute.

Noted, it's not something I've seen a whole lot, thus my surprise on seeing it here.

Also "over expanding" is a thing! It can cost you mexes, constructors, but more important it can leave you open for big, deep raids. Also on CCR... heavy Estall.

I think "over-extending" would be a better term here, as mexes pay for themselves in 30s or so. The constructor loss is a bigger issue, as they provide reclaim BP to help recover in the event of an assault. The raid issue is an issue, but can be mitigated by having lines of defense behind a small naked expansion, rather than one big naked expansion, but it might still look like a lot of naked expansion.

Mexes producing their own metal-cost in 30s doesn't matter if you already stall energy before the mex is even started.
