Science has been done! Leviathans can be transported to be used as ground mobile silos!!!

Also they are not targettable on land. Anything that is submarine and happens to go to surface should be attacked as normal.

@[ffc]killer djinn can transport leviathan, warlord, reef, etc, but only f the exit point is in pathable water.

Therefore, to teleport leviathan into a land area, you must dig to the water level. I believe -50 is needed for the leviathan to be teleported in.
