I finally got home before the sunset from school. You know what i see? Three hotels being built 3-5 blocks away from me that have already reached 5-6 floors. Why are there hotels being built in my suburban neighborhood? There is nothing of interest here except a public library and a couple of generic stores. How have they been building that much without me noticing?

USrankforcegod, I guess land is very cheap there, so they can make a cheap hotel. Making hotel in the middle if downtown should be expensive as fuck.

The land value here has quadrupled to an average of a million dollars since my family lived here due to some uh questionable foreign real estate investors. This neighborhood is not exactly cheap if you are buying property, but livable if you are just paying real estate tax.
