"Then build some idiot."

Then build some idiot. This is why you can't just rely on everyone else to build eco for you, especially when you're getting half the team's income.

Its's nice that you complain about his game stayle and suggest startegy in polite ways, but 'idiot' isn't word who is welcomed here.. I could even understand 'idiot' use if he wittingly make teamkills or other malicious activities. But he didnt make anything from that except maybe minor mistake..

The word I was going to use was "dickbag", since what you said wasn't "we need energy" but "I need energy" like what your teammate was doing or what he had to sacrifice to make your stupid "strategy" work didn't matter in the least.

Also, doing the same stupid thing every game regardless of map or team conditions hardly makes you an expert on strategy. For that matter, you easily could have made that work in this game if you had built a worker and actually expanded behind your com. Cutting off the enemy from taking expansions is meaningless if you don't take your own spots.

There's no need for everybody to do everything in a team game. It can be a completely valid strategy to have one guy rush ahead with a jumpcom while his teammate stays behind, using his com to build up energy, who caps mexes and manages buildpower.

Due to limitations like the inability to control ally's units in vanilla zk, this doesn't really apply to bigger maps like TitanDuel once the game goes past the five minute mark though.

Having one player's com hang back and build energy while the other aggressively expands and takes map control is not actually an unreasonable strategy. Two players both aggressively expanding can be punished, and two players cannot both send half a commander to expand.

Rushing to secure territory before taking the mex behind oneself is also a viable strategy in high level play, even in 1v1 (see: http://zero-k.info/Battles/Detail/426730 , http://zero-k.info/Battles/Detail/418052 , http://zero-k.info/Battles/Detail/354534 )

I have not in fact watched this game but USrankaeonios I advise you to show more respect to other players than what is evident here.

EDIT: Furthermore, even if I am low on energy because of my own poor play rather than other causes, that doesn't make it any less important to communicate to my partner that I am E-stalling.

Now that those links (except for the ancient game on cooper hill) work I can actually comment on that. Specifically, I can say that in none of those games did any player open by rushing across the map to build porc before at least taking the three mexes in their startbox. Also those games are all on small maps (two on living lands) which lend themselves to early porc pushing.

I don't see how games between actually good players using a similar strategy has any bearing on snoke's parasitic playstyle.
