Does this map even has a real texture?
From the screenshots it seems like the texture is a singular color completely unlike the minimap which seems to have been generated out of a normal texture.

Yeah but the lack of texture is not a "bug" per say.

It more of an oversight. I've done this in the past to check how good is my heightmap visually without texture.

I'm pretty sure in the case of a release version it's a bug... probably caused by renaming some but not all of the map files for a new version or something? I remember this happening to me once or twice.
