You mean ultimatum, right? There are several counters to trollcom though. Skuttle, infiltrator, ulti, placeholders, scorpion, getting multistunner for your own com, etc. You can also counter with other heavies like crabe and grizzly, although it depends heavily on what kind of trollcom you're dealing with and whether it has anti-heavy capabilities, cloak, etc.
