We have many dramas in Zero K as also some players who sometimes deserve kick. However largest problems with in game kick is people count needed to kick player because both teams must vote. So there start appear situation when one team must start to explain why they want to kick they own player. I suggest that there could be improvement.
-If one team member make kick poll vs its own teammate then only his team can vote kick vote.
-If somebody from players start kick poll against spectator or enemy team player then its global kick poll where can vote both teams.
I think that team inside dramas should be resolved (or not to resolved) by team where they started.

So:

Knorke is trolling my team:
I decide to kick him, only my team can vote.
Knorke has now joined enemy team at last second and joins match, I decide to kick him, everyone can vote.
Knorke has gone to specc and has revealed the plans for the Doom nuke, which means a Swift can fly into the Silo, fire a burst of lasers in the facility, make them hit a twenty centimeter hole which, when struck, will create a chain reaction around the surrounding Singus and destroy the nuke.
If I want to kick him, everyone can vote as well?

Let me add:

2v2, everyone can vote if teammate is trolling
Speccheating also breaches COC, so maybe ban?
Spec that is kicked means he/she can't talk if they rejoin.

Only players can vote to kick him in such occasion. And admins can 'unfeature' him if he is too much 'featured' in forum posts.
