When starting chobby sometimes I need to start it 2-3 times until it works.

Nothing special - the default that the ISP gives. Did not notice any Internet disruptions while trying to start lobby (had Internet radio running - still it buffers a bit).

Reporting maybe someone wants to add a dialog box with "Internet not working, exiting" (or something like that).
