Zero-K is updating takes AGES

with ever descreasing speed falling down to 10 kb/sec
what the heck, do I really have to wait up to 3 minutes each time I start a lobby?
I mean every bloody day I want to start I see this -updating- shit and each time it's slow as hell...

I COULD understand if we were living in dial-up modems era, but hell, I have an optic fiber line here with real 100 mbit/sec, so I do not understand what's going on here...
I can download full hearthstone update over 1GB in a matter of 1-2 minutes, and even this happens way faster than zk updates...

Seems to me there is no incremental updates in-place and servers from which updates are coming are slow, very-very slow...

P.S. I do not use steam...

Grab a steam key ingame.. the servers are partially beyond our control (springrts and springfiles)

What sever provides the downloading zk:stable thing? Is that even an actual download? Actual engine, game and map downloads have actually good speeds.

But it used to be just fine though and ZK always used the same source of dl for the game.
