Energy usage is just displayed incorrectly.
At 3:51 it shows me having -366 energy.
My absolute maximum buildpower is 178 at this point and I have nothing grided.
My ally has single mex grided to a single fusion reactor and that mex drains 35 energy by overdrive.
Even if I am sharing and fully overdriving that mex for my ally somehow, that is still only -213 energy. Where does the rest of the -153 energy go and why does it show as negative for me?

Even together with my ally and the mex being overdriven, we only go -219.6 if you select all the units.
My allies energy bar says it drains -76.2 and together with my energy bar that is -442.2 energy when the actual energy draw would be something like -213.
