can you tell me how I lost this match
I felt like I had map control and better raiding the whole game

I will write while watching so it should be somewhat chronological.

This might seem a little bit nitpicky but I wrote about everything which came instantly into my mind.

1. Jump with your commander to the next mex spot to save time (even with new build units of jump fac, this can especially make a difference in an aggressive playstyle like yours)
2. Not utilizing building priorities in the early game to focus on projects to actually finish, this slows down economy and raiding speed
3. Good early raiding was negated by questionable commorph (commorph is only viable in very rare edge case situations and should be avoided if possible, only do this if your commander is actually taking part in a battle or definitely will soon engage in one)
4. metal excess (reclaiming mex and rebuilding them instead of building buildpower)
5. 500m in storage for a long time, this was your effective metal advantage which was never on the battlefield
6. Next questionable commorph
7. Not securing 4 uncontested close mex
8. Starting to recklessly push into enemy defense which barely made cost

You are very slow at building up your economy and buildpower. While you do good raiding you are not utilizing the space you gained because of bad eco management. This is especially noticeable when you got raided, as the raided mex stay uncapped for a long time.
-> raiding is important, but never forget to keep an eye on the whole map and keep your economy growing

Kingstad was able to stay on par with your economy and exceed you even when raided multiple times because he had many builders which reclaimed and rebuild any done damage instantly. Overdrive (OP 1.0 min Wind on this map), reclaim and securing + defending expansions won him the game.
