Problem with OBS Fullscreen mode

I was trying to stream once again today. I ran into the problem that I couldn't find a fullscreen mode that works in Chobby.
Here are my settings:

Whenever I tabbed into the game, the stream output would freeze until I alt-tab. I tried setting Borderless Window, Fullscreen and Configurable Borderless Window in Chobby.

The only working configuration I found was to set Borderless Window in Chobby (this used to work just fine), then in-game use
/fullscreen 1
/fullscreen 0

at the start of each game.

Somehow this seemed to do something differently than switching modes in Chobby. I also don't quite understand how the /fullscreen command works, since the effect of /fullscreen 0 seems to change depending on my Chobby settings. If I set Chobby to Windowed, doing /fullscreen 0 sets the screen to windowed. If I set Chobby to Borderless Window, /fullscreen 0 seems to do that.

Use Window capture for Zero-K and adjust the size to stretch to the screen

I wonder if there's an issue with Windows 10. I'm using Windows 7, and I have ZK and Chobby both set to Configurable Borderless Fullscreen (1920x1081, as there was a performance issue at native resolution), and Game capture works.

It turns out I accidentally used window capture and had the game capture disabled. The settings shown work fine with borderless fullscreen.
