1 have your con and com build mex and expand aggressively

2 you had way too much E early game, remember E should equal to M income any extra is simply units that are not shooting at stuff

3 you needed nanos on the lab or at the least storage earlier, you were excising 10-15 metal constantly

4 the counter to HLT is to just ram a bunch of units into it and kill it by numbers, you had more then enough army to just push your way in at 9 minutes
