Phoenix before hp buff sucked tremendously. With hp buss now its bit better. Its still isn't always spam unit but its do its role fine in right situation. I have won even some lobster pot games using phoenix as main damage source. Of course in late game when more powerful aa is at field then its become absolute. Phoenix is like hacksaw. Limited use.
