Hidden commanders

For me, hiding default commanders in MP removes them from the list when starting a skirmish, too, but there's no "Hide default commanders" box there, so can't choose a commander, commander selector is empty. Must start a multiplayer game, uncheck the box, then go back to skirmish. I think this is a bug.
