Ruleset has finally be written out in full, slightly revised, etc.
Main changes for this season:
* Map banning for Bo1 sets now happens in P1, P2, P2, P1 order, thereby giving P2 (slightly) less control over target bans, as they do not get to pick in response to P1s second ban.
* Map banning for g1 in Bo3 sets happens the same. However, in g2 and g3, the winner of the previous game now bans three and the loser picks out of the remaining 4. This is to give winners a little bit better control on dodging maps they don't want to go back to, and it also is a time saver (now we don't have to go through back and forth bans on stream again)
* Room naming conventions have been specified, as well as speed and noelo settings becoming part of the official rules.
