Unit suggestion - scouting missile and a decloaker

First of all, scouting with swifts to know what the enemy is up to always seemed to me like a bit of a cumbersome mechanics. What about a dedicated scouting missile, which could be built in a missile silo? It could provide a full vision of a large area above which it passes, or/and drop flea-like cloaked units which would be unable to deal damage but would provide vision until destroyed.

Also, there was a discussion recently about some unit dedicated to decloaking cloaked units. I would like to propose a new strider, which would be an aerial unit called Phoenix. When built, an area of a radius of about 400 elmos around it would be constantly lit on fire. However, the fire would deal only a minimal damage (could be a fire of some other color, eg blue) and the damage would be dealt also to allied units (however it would kill a glaive in like 2 mins, truly a minimal damage). As a d-gun ability it could instantly repair adjacent units or shoot this special fire to some distant area. It should also be immune to shock, disarm, slow, fire, etc. - it whould be only killable by a normal damage.
In a way, it would be similar to a firewalker - but firewalker is a damage-dealing artillery, this would only be a support unit. And it is fairly easy to avoid napalmed areas with cloaked snitches or ultis, unless one is fighting in some very narrow area.
I feel like it would be very interesting to have such a unit. Large area decloak is a powerful ability so it should came with a trade-of - one would not want to camp with a Phoenix for a long time in an area with caretakers or windmills. And if you use Phoenix, you are unable to cloak your own units, since they also take damage from it, and your enemy probably knows that those radar dots are some heavier units. However, heavy units supported with a Phoenix would be much harder to widow/snitch/ulti, which is in some cases very helpful.
