???? did you reveal a nuke as a spectator or ruin a surprise attack by revealing an allied nuke?

"all because talking about nuke is beautiful at it" -> all because i was saying that a nuke was beautiful.

As a spectator you said "where come beauitful nuke", and then came a kick vote from a player, jokingly I believe, that didnt pass. You didnt get even half of the needed yes votes.

wait what O.o your telling me he didnt even get kicked.. i feel a bit mislead -.-

dohieu19 - do you seek attention?

lets assume not.. lets assume your confused.. revealing information as a spec is not allowed. but no harm done right?

i may missunderstand you..

but if your saying that you did not know why you almost got kicked.. then yes thats fair enough..
with the 'benifit of the doubt' you could say you were simply nieve..

but then wasnt the 'almost kick' already a signal your actions were not allowed..
and i suspect you did already know why as by your mention of knowing it was regarding a nuke..

if i say 'boobies' and then get almost kicked - i dont need a forum post to deduce that the word boobies upset players.. unless i was so outraged that i made a forum post in protest and wrote:

"WHY KICK ME"

"all because talking about boobies is beautiful at it"

but you did know.. you did know it was because of a nuke.. you did know it was because you were spec.. and you did know they didnt even kick you..

because you were a spec.. because you said "all because talking about nuke" .. because they did try to kick you

so the hidden truth is.. you just dont agree with being punished before being warned.. i think in your shoes i personaly would have said sorry immediatly..

but even if you said nothing.. you didnt get kicked so it is effectivly a warning.. and i cant figure out what purpose this drawn out forum discussion serves

or is there other reason they are doing it that part don't take mind talk about nuke at it not like bad or anything

as a spectator which thing allowed said in chat as a Spectator at help teammate

i think they should not kick me out they almost did tho 3/4 % that part don't get

it because don't know player Zerok that why don't said sorry mostly of game don't get kick a all it weird the way it is tho happened today and warning ever usely never get warning in the game often time didn't show

or best not said nothing at all

look i get it .. but if the community is bitter against you wich i doubt highly then this is not the way to regain the respect..

just listen to them and show them you have no further intentions of rocking the boat.

defiance does not work in this situation because mentioning a nuke complicates a game.. the whole team is forced to suddenly make anti and even if there was no nuke that could change the whole game.

i got kicked once for mentioning there was a detriment on the frontlines.. even though everone could see it. i didnt make a forum post i just said sorry when i rejoined.. sometimes its best not to fight people. im sure you understand

there are some situations its probably good to talk such as helping a new player understand the basics when they ask for help.. or telling people the enemy is all afk.. its all about not assisting either team with winning and that includes distracting them

Hey, newb question here, what can you say or ping as a spectator safely? "Ally chat" to other spectators?

As a spectator your pings do not get shown to players. So you're free to say whatever as long as it does not violate Section 1 of the CoC ("be respectful"). Chat wise, you're recommended to stay in Ally or Spectator chat (both of these are functionally identical for spectators) for smaller games. In general you should apply the axiom of "Do I want this to be done to me if I were playing?" -- it's fine if you're helping someone with a bug or problem as long as you don't reveal too much information. Instructing people to do something though is kinda skirting the boundary of "don't impact games" and I don't think it should be done nor do I think spectators should taunt players as it again impacts game state by potentially making players play worse.

TL;DR: Don't be obnoxious and if you feel uncertain about something crossing the line, a: it.
