Currently post time is
"Started: 3 days ago"
Is it 3 days ago in the morning or 3 days ago in the evening?

Same with game start times.

Can we get exact date and time (UTC+0) instead?

It'll make things more clear.

It's especially annoying when u are trying to find a month old game replay.
U select the map, type in your nick, but as output u get like 50 games on this map, which all started ''a month ago''. You have no bloody idea which of tehm is teh one, unless u watch each of them.

Also, as the biggest ban/mute magnet I say that it would be nice to display exact expiration time(in days and hours) of current punishment

Post (and edit) timestamps are now visible as tooltip on mouseover. Time left on ban is also visible directly (if less than 7 days).

Not sure how/where to best display it on the replay boxes, thoughts?

Im not sure if it would fit well, but on "age" label we have i.e. "26 minutes ago". To me it's strange, how can replays' age be 26 minutes ago?
It's either replays' age, or it is started some time ago. So i'd suggest removing this ''ago'' word, it would make some space, and simply add exact date in brackets, like: "Age: 26 minutes (7/20/14* 7:28am)"

* - Im not sure if its allowed in english dating style, but typing 14 instead of 2014 saves some precious space too)

EDIT___

Or, if there is not enough space for it, just put only date in the brackets and exact time when you hover your mouse over the date.

This terrible american ordering may cause ambiguity, "20 Jul" might've been better

Not just "might've been", it definitely is. Using full month names is the ultimate solution to MM/DD and DD/MM ambiguity.

HMMM I should probably have done the date disambiguation thing before implementing this for the replay list. Well, I'll see if I can fix it later.
