Flais rocket has unlimited range, even Avenger on d-boost can't run from it.

nope, its fine! high alpha, long reload. this gives you much overkill, which is compensated by the "unlimited" range.

It should have unlimited range and anti-overkill retargeting if target is dead and more targets exist within Flail's range.

It only has 5650 pursuit range, under artificial laboratory conditions it is possible to outrun it!

I don't think planes can teleport. But they can be hit by Newtons.

Perhaps we need some standard values for overshoot flight time.
