Unless I'm mistaken and there was a vote I didn't notice, @Eltorero was randomly placed as ISP's clan leader during the faction purge. (Previously I was the leader.)
Now, this wouldn't be a problem, except that it appears we can't start a clan leader vote, perhaps because we don't belong to a faction. And we can't join a faction because our current clan leader is afk. :)
Is this a Synthetic Hegemony plot to deny their adversaries the chance to fight? Or are we witnessing another #GBConspiracy? Either way, we'd like to see it sorted, plox. :)
