Skasi 9 years ago I only played singleplayer. Liked it about as much as Return to the Roots. Didn't play either of them in a few years though so can't provide exact information. I still got some widelands music hidden deep in an old playlist I never play.. hmm.. :) +0 / -0
Vermind 9 years ago It's simpler than Settlers 2. In Widelands, I really like the fact that there are actually DIFFERENT factions in the game, not just ones with buildings that LOOK different. I have not tried multiplayer yet. +0 / -0

Rafalpluk 9 years ago (edited 9 years ago) I played both Widelands and the original Settlers II too (but both only in singleplayer). Widelands is imho a nice remake. It has some adjustments in the economy and some new buildings, but it is all for the better. The music is very nice too, I had some tracks stay in my head for days :P +0 / -0
