ships pathing fail.

subs sended to center end up dead multiple times in in enemy corners. crusader hang on shores. start com is trapped on shore.

Subs cannot pass anywhere that non-amphibious land units can.

There's a bigger version that should have less pathing issues due to lower congestion and smoother transitions; i'll need to do some fixes and inflict it to replace this one.
