1 Why are you waiting until he has 2-3 outlaws? Why are you waiting until he has a shieldball? With pyro spam from the start of the game you can completely contain him, retreat your pyros from his bandits, jump them away, and you will outrange them and watch them burn to death. Thug and convict shields are completely penetrated, pyros can raid excellently and assault light defenses and bases.
