What units can ressurect and capture?

I was under the impression that after the rework of necro into the convict, the only remaining thing that could resurrect was a commander that had the Lazarus device. I looked at a newbie's profile and saw he had the necromancer award, except none of his commanders had a Lazarus device, and he started Zero-K long after the necro was reworked. Is there a unit that I don't know that can also resurrect? While I'm at it, is there a unit other than the dominatrix that can also capture?
