I'm pretty sure current state of the Badger is not actually good for anything. Almost anything it does is better done by a combination of Fencer and Impaler, but also this combination will do things Badger cannot.

One possible exception is a way to decloak snipers at range, but if that becomes necessary (because directly swarming the sniper's positions with dart scorcher is impossible) you may as well facswitch anyway.
