Same as with last match, how does Hover deal with swarmy units like Glaive?
Claymore looks and acts like it sucks, and Mace struggles to kill swarms fast enough before being killed itself. Scalpel kills on initial strike but then loses when it is reloading.

As a whole though, I think Cloak really struggles against Hover. @therxyy really couldn't do anything but Glaive spam, because Knight-Reaver would die to Scalpel, Reaver-Ronin dies to Scalpel, Knight-Reaver-Iris gets spotted then dies to Scalpel. Porc? Halberd + Mace destroys it once it gets in range.
Even Imp spam can be defeated easily - see my first push into @therxyy's base, where they spam Imp, which I respond to by sending only one Dagger at a time to clear out.

Cloak wins here by making phantom and value sniping anything hover makes. Halberd is the only hover unit really capable of sweeping, as dagger gets eaten by reavers. Halberd then has the problem that phantom waits to kill it until it pops the turret out, so it's not great for hover there. The remaining hover units are too slow to sweep effectively, and phantom starts make value of around 200+ metal per shot.

I am considering sweeping with Daggers and Bola to prevent such attacks. Bola can beat Reaver 2-1 with no losses. The Daggers can then deal with the other stuff.
And to be fair, Phantom spam is a generalist, good at killing everything when it is defended against swarms.

I think you need an eco lead to be able to combat phantoms as hover without tech switching--2v1 bola beats reaver, but 10v10 is a different story completely due to reaver AoE. Not to mention phantoms will pick off a good number of bolas while they're at it!
