Summary: Humans and machines coexisting due to belief in some ideology. Fights anybody who doesn't believe in the ideology.

The anomaly discovered on Tetrels during the Xth Planetwars defies the understanding of both human and machine intellects despite intense study. The Concord believes that if the sophonts of the Galaxy, biological and mechanical alike, are freed from the influence of their war-loving leaders and permitted to focus on unlocking the secrets of the anomaly, both galactic peace and true understanding will be achieved.
