The Chainsaws in the middle actually destroyed a few in Valkyries. I think that Chainsaws missiles could reliably intercept the Valkyrie before it has aligned with its' target on high to mid ranges.
Edit:Changed Vindicator to Valkyrie.

Vindicators were from [NC]omygod who was failing at Newtons use.

Proper orbital skuttles are used with Valkyries which are cheaper and much lighter so Newtons can throw them at much higher altitude. Chainsaw can't counter them because you can easily align Valkyrie with its target and then selfd before Chainsaw missiles reach it.

My mistake. I meant Valkyries.
Wolas lost quite some Valkyries to Chainsaws before they could align with their target. Anyway. The longer the Vindicator has to travel, the closer it will be to the ground and be exposed to more than just Screamer AA. I even saw 1 of Wolas Skuttles get deflected by [NC]omygods Newtons when it were dropped from a lower altitude.

Maybe you saw most epic moment when someone said newton defeats skuttle drop (newton shoots skuttle straight UP), and it lands on same place it was so epic.
