Jill had something bizarre going on with her firewalkers here, they kept firing at terrain the moment they were completed; didn't appear to be a force-fire command on the fac or anything, I can't make sense of it.

EDIT: They were on fire towards enemy as a default, I thought that was ruled out because when I checked after they fired Jill had already turned fire towards enemy off (but hadn't changed the default).
