Thats not an ideal counter, it costs almost as much. Behe is ludicrously OP vs bots- mad range artillery that is also a high DPS riot. Its obvious vulnerabilities to human shenanigans mean it doesn't affect PvP much but poor sweet bots have no chance

Silo and 2x missiles costs 2400, Behemoth costs 2500 but you are up a silo afterwards. Circuit could do with the ability to make silo, it needs something to figure out targets and safe locations to build one.

Silo is the most conservative counter, and if you program the AI to silo this could be expanded upon to crack other shenanigans like terra, DDM, anti, nuke etc.

And GF's right, the silo is worth a lot. At worst you could have them reclaim it for a sizable metal advantage.
