I won't miss the current Archer, but.

Imo building Badger lost the game here. Literally any other Rover unit would have done more at this investment level. I am not exaggerating.

This was around 10 Badger, which means around 2.5k cost. Which is
- 20 Scorcher that while couldnt kill the Archers on their own, would certainly kill more than nothing; and if used on Dein's expansion would inflict lasting damage even against Stardust
- 60 Dart could kill more than one Archer for sure. If you mix half and half, you get 30 dart and 10 scorcher, which would in a correct situation be able to either win against 10 archer, or at least kill half of them. With a Thunderbird, they would cook, stomp, and rofl.
- 18 or so Fencer would make the Archer line real sad and sweep any porc lighter than a static griz
- 17 mason would at least provide some builder income, plus reclaim and turret plop.
- 10 Ripper is not the best riot in game, but even Ripper could kill at least some if not all Archer
- 10 Ravager probably wouldn't do much against Archer directly, but it would kill that porced up expansion while wolverines just died to Stinger.
- Impaler would kill the Stinger while maintaining no illusion about being able to fight Archer.
- Crasher would keep Ravens safe from Swifts.
- 6 Dominatrix would probably defeat the Archer spam and keep some as pets.
