That was a better game than I thought it was going to be, I went into it thinking it was going to be a disappointing display of rustyness, which it was at the start to be totally honest but the back and forth after that was crazy. The fights were really fun to watch, I especially liked your front-line bomber repair station, that was kind of genius.

Lauri must be seriously kicking himself after that though, if you look at 20 min mark, you were basically finished but then as I looked and was thinking "wait how the heck does Godde win this?" I saw all the ingredients for the perfect BA-style comeback; giant reclaim field, lots of cons, vehicle lab with 6 nanos behind it pumping out stumpies (ravagers), it was like a jigsaw puzzle falling into place :P

I have to say it was Lauri's fault for letting it happen though, there was a point after his school of fish ate your school of fish and you were responding by making crashers and more fighters, all the while you'd ran out of ground units and scorchers were in your base. I was thinking at that moment, "Lauri definitely needs to go for the final push now, ravager on repeat with waypoint in Goddes base" but instead he was doing slashers and fighters which was just sad to watch as your reclaim-spam machine started pumping out units a few moments later

Wow I think Reaper was a bad idea. Ravagers with some Leveler would have been more flexible due to Ravager speed.

Yeah I was thinking that too when I saw reapers come out, seemed like a good moment for goliath actually but I cant remember what dreadful thing happened to it that made it unplayable, so maybe not. Tank switch was probably just entirely unnecessary but banishers might have done something useful I suppose, havent seen the new ones in action much but that seemed like their kind of moment (vs clumped LV)

Good game.

I think the largest issue was that Lauri made too many Hawks, and too much defense, during a critical part of the game. Godde had no air, so that was thousands of metal of Hawks with nothing to do, and the defenses were sufficiently far back that they didn't prevent godde from recovering then smashing through them.
