Sell or destroy undeed structures

Aronath has been building the same labs on all of his worlds. I have to talk to him about it I do not think he realizes that this is useless. An option to sell or destroy structures would help.

The fact is most players still don't understand planet wars well. The upkeep on these unneeded structures is high.

very true it is annoying,
there should be a limit thou to avoid people using a scortched earth policy with their planets (or maybe not) just give it some though

It would be funny if tech structures cost no upkeep but give you some credits for each unit of this type used in battles.

But that means that we need other structures to suck up this extra income.
