Noobs VS Pros Tournament Format Idea

In the spirit of watching noobs fail against pros, I propose a room/tournament where people whose overall elo is below, say 1350?, to join the noob side of a tournament while people with elo, say above 1500?(I dont actually know what a pro elo would be.)

Then watch the noobs fight against the pro. If the noobs win, the highest elo player on the noob team gets moved to the pro team.

Noobs don't stand a chance unless you introduce some rules to even that out. But then pros can work around most of these too.

Gosh, match ALL THE NOOBS against a SINGLE pro! Problem solved. \o/

If nubs win they get a "Zerg" award, if a pro wins they get a uuh.. err "Noob basher" award? Well yeah, I think GBrank[Fx]Drone was right.

How about this:
This is done in brackets.

Round 1:
2 noobs versus 1 pro. Pro gets 2 coms so not really a disadvantage.
If pro wins the lowest elo noob goes to neighbour bracket. If the pro loses, the highest elo noob goes to neighbour bracket. (Alternatively pro decides who should leave if he wins and gets to chose who to take if neighbour pro lose.)

Round 2:
Noobs + pro versus neighbour noobs + pro. Losers get eliminated except one noob that is choosen randomly. (Alternatively the winning pro choose who proceeds(Alternatively the noob is sent to the next neighbour).)

Round 3:
3 noobs versus 1 pro...

Round 4:
3 Noobs + pro versus 3 noobs + pro... Elimination.

Round 5:
4 noobs versus 1 pro...

Round 6:
4 Noobs + pro versus 4 noobs + pro... Elimination.


If there are 8 pros and 16 noobs there are a total of 8 games where the pro faces 5 noobs in round 7 and the last game is 5 noobs + pro against 5 noobs + pro.

Smurf tourney would be very fun. In teams. All starts from 0 lvl and then are grouped in teams and fight. 3vs3 or 4vs4. After tourney all smurfs says they identity and smurf account blocked. It would be very fun tourney. :D
