Grid placement would be easier if grid circles were visible before structure is started to be built.

it seems gui_showeco_action.lua is the widget in luaui/widgets that is responsible for drawing these circles. This would be the place to add the feature. There are some blocks way at the bottom about showing stuff when things are selected or being placed, it should probably go in there somewhere, but I am afraid I don't have a clue as to how to program this.
