You come here, you post replays, people tell you what you did right or wrong. Focus on self-improvement, but also on addressing balance claims. Many people, myself included, conclude that balance is broken when they lose a game. The forum is flooded with such claims, when most of the time options have not been exhausted before concluding there are no options left.
An example being my recent GS thread, where spiders arose as a strong deterrent to GS play, and @Googlefrog established to me that shields have no problem against GS, at least on small maps.
It would also be good to establish what match-ups are favourable for who.
