Any Spring games with 3d terrain?

Visually yes, check out maps like industrial revolution or hex farm. Besides that, spring doesn't support 3d pathfinding so the map would have to implement an entire pathfinder and the related physics in lua. So no, 3d terrain is not supported within any spring mod.
