Looks fine to me. Also PLrankAdminSprung is right regarding the map. Circuit seems to learn what level of escalation the game is at from its own metal income. This makes it spend too long making raiders on small maps. Could it modify its escalation bands by the metal income of the map if it detects a small map?

I think it also needs to take the width of map into account (thinner = less raiders), and effectively reduce width as team size increases (lanes). Both cases mean less raiders
