Can't close out steam advert

The Steam Advert placed on the user control page does not close,
There is no option to close it.......
it remains in the way of the user's efforts to play the game.

I do NOT have a steam account, do NOT want a steam account :

Please add the ability to close that pane ......

There's a popup the first time you launch the lobby in non-Steam... with a big close button and a checkbox to make it not appear again. Do they not work, not appear at all, or what?

OK - New Install, close button is there - HAPPY once again to have this treasure back on my laptop :)
