Make Raven - Phoenix - Likho steps up, at cost of 300, 1000, 2000.

Grant phoenix much greater damaging potential, survivability and speed, meanwhile not to break skirmisher balance, one blow would only kill 500-600 metal worth units

Cost 1000 - high enough not to break the skirmisher balance
Hitpoints 1420
Vision 660
Movement Speed 270 elmo/s

The Phoenix looks fast, but when I use it I feel like it takes forever to catch up with a target. A couple of ideas:

Make it really fast until it drops bombs, then slow for return flight. This helps it respond quickly to raider blobs (which it should be good at) without making it impossible to shoot down. Kind of like the Aurora from C&C Generals.

Or the reverse, make it slow when laden with bombs and fast for the return flight. This helps with survivability and uptime. The "shouldn't it be slower when loaded with bombs?" approach.

My suggestion:
-increase health to 1.5x that of raven
-increase cost
-slightly increase napalm width, slightly reduce length
-napalm heals friendly units instead of hurting them (phoenix tears effect)
(alternatively phoenix has a d-gun that rains down healing nanites over an area)
((another alternative would be ressurection bombs that restore a part of the ressurection meter of hit wrecks; if it is full the wreck becomes alive controlled by the owner of the last phoenix to hit it))
-when it dies, it spreads a pool of team-healing fire around the wreck - if this wreck is not destroyed within let's say 30s, it ressurects in a napalm missile explosion and is invisible/unrevealable for the first 10s (to get to safety); it needs to reload though before being able to attack

I tear my hair out when a targeted blip disapears for a split second (mountain or something)and target lost so bomber dies without dropping payload, at least with firebomber would be nice to have them dump bombs where blip was last seen.

Some may say, just target the ground, sure, but often the blip will be targeted, unless ground target carefully placed amungst a clump of blips. Maybe a target ground button, ignoring blips?
