With same settings (they are set to medium and less for particles 4000-6000) in the same 1 on 1 games I got only 10 to 14 fps.
This game is just unplayable... on teams I got 4 fps.

I have that very same card. If you have that slow performance, you really aren't using the card but can't notice because everything else is running fast. I have a fix documented. https://zero-k.info/mediawiki/index.php?title=Performance_Optimizations

I was in bad mood.
I didn't noticed some of the settings were changed.

I try to make tests but I can not go very deep because sonce the last update the AI did not provide any defences
and I win very quickly.

The poor performances doesn't occur at start but during the game after a while when there is a real fight.
