I think that, just like progress bars (which have them but are more or less self-explanatory), award medals on the Community tab need tooltips to describe what they are (maybe also even a brief description of how to get them).

The tooltips for the awards exist on user pages on the website, for what that's worth. They should be in the lobby also.
