Hibiliha mission with 2 artefact guarded by sunlances.

I have beaten the enemy and I have ticket in the objective about sunlances. Yet, Protect Commander is unticked and not sure how to end the mission. I have the commander alive and well ofc.

What else needs doing?

Played it through again in one go this time and it ended correctly. Looks like a corrupt save.
