I do not understand what the hell with the construction priority, why 1 con with the highest priority do not build 5/5, but 2.5/5 distributing their metal among the cons with the lowest priority

The strangest thing is that I don't understand whether it was like this before or not. In one of the games I tried to make a geostation using constructors, it was not built fast because of this mechanics. Is this a bug or is there a forced setting?

You have to set a reserved amount of resources both for metal and energy in order for High Priority to work properly.
You can control click the resource bars for that.

those 25 energies that were always in the defauld setting zk were for fixing this bug o_O

IIRC there's a default 25 metal reserve for high-prio things like cloak etc, but you can also set it to zero by ctrl-clicking precisely enough on the bar in order to brutally footgun yourself.

So thats why my skutles doens' t loose cloak when everyting is red. I always wondered why cloak keeps work to last moment even if there is red and hp is enabled.

Imo, the bigger problem is that reserve doesn't apply to OD. Energy should only be used for OD if you have an energy reserve and at least as much E as metal. Currently, you sometimes don't want to connect the grid for that reason. OD should be such that grid connection is never bad.
