For it's speed, possibly. Four comments:
1. I didn't want to buff Duck, but making it hit a bit more consistently seemed like an inevitable requirement of future balance.
2. People are discovering that Limpet has been sleeper OP forever.
3. Duck will beat Scorcher if it is allowed to clump and attack something that Scorcher wants to defend.
4. Rover won this game, using mostly Scorcher into the midgame. I think Amph having a chance on Titan Duel is fine.
