Way to auto sort players based on elo within a single room

I had the stupid idea of having a room where people above a certain elo would be placed on one team, and people below that elo would be placed on another. Sort of a "Noobs vs Pros" room. Is there anyway to set this up within a room without having to beg players to move to the right team?

Only manually and it will only stay that way until someone decides to say !balance.

Balance commands invoked by players other than the creator of the room (or mods I think) require a vote to run.
