(you need all the files for it to run, afaik)
what the widget does:
puts high priority on energy buildings when your energy is low,
puts high priority on mexes when metal is low,
puts storage in high priority when you have no storage .

I would rather have bp high priority when exceeding then storage priority; however, when exceeding due to lack of bp, priority does nothing.

I read that as "When your storage capacity is zero" instead of "When you are full up of resources".
In that case, having storages set to high priority would make good sense.
Having things that build set to high priority when you're full up is a good idea though and would fit in well.
